Ready Set Go - Incomplete product/misrepresented product

i recently purchased the Ready-Set-Go cooker. I was impressed with the infomercial so I ordered it immediately. There was a special offer at that time that if I ordered an additional cooker it would be free except for the shipping. I ordered the additional cooker. Along with this order there was to be two inserts for the cooker, a spatula and a cookbooklet. When my package arrived one cooker had the extras and one did not. Without the additional inserts and cookbooklet the one cooker is rendered useless. Why would I want one without the inserts. I had planned to give it as a gift but that will not happen. I feel I was misled and your company misrepresented the product. I want to return both items or have the additional set of inserts and spatula shipped to me to make both cookers useful.

When I saw the infomercial, it says they will send you one more cooker absolutely free.It says nothing about sending the special offers that come with the first cooker.

They make it pretty clear that you get only the cooker. They send you another COOKER absolutely free.

Ever hear of a copy machine? You could give the cook booklet with the gifted cooker and keep a.copy of that booklet for yourself. Plus, if you are resourceful, i am sure you can find videos on youtube of people cooking with the ready set go.

It's not like it is a complex piece of machinery. You put food in it, set it to cook and minutes later you have cooked foods.

I am sure you can figure out how to make an omlette, chocolate chip cookies, a panini, and some brownies.It's not brain surgery or rocket science.
